Starting Out
[/u][/center]When you first make your character, the first thing you need to decide is which side you want to be on? Hunter, Trainer, or Time Traveler. Please note that certain classes may be banned due to overpopulation, and if there is a certain character that is lacking in population, you may get a bonus for making that type of character.
A companion Pokemon can be any Pokemon, evolved or not, that you start out with in your journey. This Pokemon can be any level and know any moves available to that breed, however it won't be able to battle. These Pokemon don't take up any of your party slots.
After your character sheet has been approved, then you need to set up your PC Box and then put a link to it in your signature. You can set up your PC Box however you want, as long as it gives the basic information of your Pokemon and has a link to your profile in it. Some things that must be included are:
- What you call the Pokemon (Nickname or their actual name)
- Level
- Exp (Preferably set up like this: How much you've earned / How much you need)
- Abilities
- Attacks
- Personality
Now that you've got all of that set up, you can actually begin the journey. Go to the starting point for your respected class and receive a starter Pokemon. Keep in mind that Hunters will be given a Shadow Pokemon as their starter, but it will be lower in level.
Now that you've got your Pokemon you are free to travel the main routes and start exploring the Otherlands. You must complete the thread preceding the gym before you may challenge that gym. For example, if you want to challenge the Estratius gym, you must first finish a thread on the Straightforward Street.
