Full Name:[/i]
Myles, Novak, J.
Age:[/i]
20, technically 120.
Gender:[/i]
Male
Character Class:[/i]
Time Traveler
Appearance:[/i]
A tall fellow, Myles stands at 5’10”. He’s lean, though he looks a lot stronger than what he actually is. He has slightly tanned skin, a result from his constant flouncing through the outside world. You can clearly see that his clothes are all basically the same length, as there are clear tan lines on his arms, legs, and neck. His hair is a blackish brown color, quite the contrast to his bright green eyes. His hair is not long at all, being short and even with a spiky feel, if you were to run your hand over it. He’s also working on a beard, evident on the stubble along and near his jaw. He constantly wears a friendly, though analytical, look on his face, even if it does seem like he’s seemingly scowling most of the time.
The lad has claimed many “battle scars” on his arms and such, with one highly noticeable one on his left fore-arm. Though the large scar itself is old, it’s still brilliantly shiny. It covers a lot of the top of his arm, and in general doesn’t look pretty. No other scars are as eye catching as that one, even the one on his calf that he got in the same incident as the major scar doesn’t look nearly as bad. These scars, however, are normally only visible when the bandages on them go missing. Saying this, his left fore-arm and left calf is completely covered in a wrapping of bandages, just so he doesn’t offend anyone with the blatantly terrible looking scarring.
Clothing wise, Myles keeps it somewhat simple. A white, thick material shirt with sleeves that go down to his elbows, with a fairly detailed maroon colored spiral detail on the right side is his usual top. With this shirt, he wears what looks like board shorts, being just knee length for him. Said shorts are black and the same thick material as his shirt, though the shorts have one large, bold white vertical stripe on the right side.
Personality: [/I]
Myles would like to think of himself as a complex mind. Somewhat egotistic, he easily gets a big head. Thinking he’s a tough hotshot kind of guy, due to all his cuts and broken bones through his life. He can also be really rash with decision making, but will normally compromised if stopped quick enough. His rash decisions lead him to be reckless, and this behavior has turned for the worst before. Speaks his mind just a little too often, and just a little too often offends people. This makes him look inconsiderate to others, though he doesn’t try to be, and just plain insensitive, which he honestly is. He’s also incredibly stubborn; unless he trusts the person telling him he’s wrong. Any others are normally treated like garbage and not easily forgiven, even if Myles was the one that was wrong in the first place. If anyone truly annoys Myles, he’ll either get into a physical fight, or just a Pokémon battle, both which would devastate him if he would lose. Myles isn’t always like that, though. Upon meeting him, he can be friendly as possible, easily trusting people. He usually doesn’t second guess strangers, until they’ve proven their information wrong. After this, he gets mean toward said stranger. Myles can be enthusiastic about anything that holds his interest even remotely, which leads to a strong sense of dedication.
Truthfully, a lot of Myles’ personality is a façade to his real colors. He’s insecure, so he bites back to cover that up. It also leads to him trying to be brave as he can, and leads to his more reckless side. He’s constantly nervous about everything, which leads to him speaking his mind and acting insensitive. He’s bored, which also leads to his recklessness and other personality façade, and he’s just plain annoyed with himself. If someone manages to break through his built up personality, it’d probably render Myles broken for a while, as he wouldn’t know how to act after that.

History:[/i]
Hailing from the great Zaen region of a century ago, Myles was just like any other trainer. No stress, nothing out of order, just hanging out with Pokémon, breaking his bones, and generally being a kid. As a kid and a teen, he moved through the towns on Zaen, earning himself three badges. He had a dream to get all the badges with his first Pokémon and a few he picked up on the way.
His first Pokémon, one Ekans turned Arbok, and he went on many adventures through the geography of the region (as somewhat stated above), leading to his many scrapes, scars, and bruises. More importantly, the horrid scarring on his arm and leg. Being a young, reckless teen, he decided to outright challenge one of the more veteran hunters. This led to a wonderful encounter with an ever so lovely shadow Zangoose with its partner hunter. Myles was thinking that he was safe from the hunters region of influence, and thought nothing more of the Zangoose and its trainer, until he was vividly aware that his original thought was wrong. He managed to lose his Muk and Nidorino, though Arbok was safe and not taken away. Due to Arbok not fully understanding the situation, it full out attacked Myles, thinking that he willingly gave up the other two Pokémon. This led to the scarring on his arm and leg, though poison was, luckily, not involved. The two now share an uncomfortable rift. Gunther, the Arbok, will still listen to what Myles commands, though he’ll normally put his own spin on the battle that Myles is usually uncomfortable or just plain mad about.
This just truly made Myles lost. He thought he was up high on the trainer chain, having a fair amount of badges on him. This knocked him down, and allowed him to think. Throughout this thinking fixation, he was selected to travel to the future. He jumped on the offer as quickly as possible, and was soon enough sent into the future by the ever-benevolent Celebi. The future confused him, and almost terrified him upon arrival. He knew he had to keep a brave face and his mouth shut, as this was now Hunters territory. The same fields he scurried around in as a kid were not safe anymore, the towns he wandered through were now hunter centers. Now faced with this large amount of danger, he knows he must work with the other time travelers and get the hunters out of the region.

Information[/b]
Gunther can come across as really stupid. Just plain out dumb. You’d interact with him, and he’d just sit there with a blank look, every so often sticking his tongue out. This, however, is if you’re anyone but Myles. To Myles, Gunther reveres every command as if the command was straight from whatever deity would take most importance in a young Arbok’s life. Serious, to the point, never failing a command, even if it takes more effort than needed. Though, this changed when his teammates were lost. This huge amount of loyalty was not only to Myles, but to the Nidorino and Muk that he befriended and held in high regards. With their disappearance, he blamed Myles, and ended up attacking him. He still listens to Myles, though he always second guesses the trainer, and normally ends up putting his own spin on attacks and such.

How did you find us?[/i]
Google searched, then got onto the affiliates of some website I don’t remember, saw this forum, jumped on it.
How long have you been roleplaying, and what types?[/i]
Uhmm, I’d say three or four years by now? I’ve done forum roleplaying as well as chatplaying, of many different kinds such as Pokémon, The World Ends With You, Zoids, Original characters in original settings, dragons, myth-like creatures, robots, and the list can keep on going.
Do you have any other characters? If so, list them.[/i]
Not on here, nope.
